Bob Arons developed a love for sound effects while attending film school at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Bob was so obsessed with film sound that he spent more time in the Pro Tools edit bay than he did in his dorm room. He traded an extra Bruce Springsteen concert ticket for location sound recording equipment and has been recording and collecting sound effects from all over the world ever since.
After finishing school, Bob moved to Los Angeles and has worked steadily with some of the best in the industry. He designed and cut sound effects for too many TV shows to nameŚwith some of his most recent highlights being The X Files (FOX), Chicago Med (NBC), Nashville (ABC) and Proven Innocent (FOX). Bob is known for thorough attention to detail, bringing unique recordings to his work and mood enhancing design.
When not working, Bob enjoys playing tennis and skiing with his family. He also sill loves Bruce Springsteen.
