Craig Polding started his career in Sound by helping a friend record sound effects for a major studio. The car he had owned happened to be the main vehicle in Dan In Real Life. He drove the car through many maneuvers while his friend recorded all of the sounds. This event piqued his interest and he applied to Video Symphony Post Production School in Burbank.
He has since been editing and mixing sound non-stop. Projects include editing dialogue and sound effects for shows such as Alphas (Syfy), Emerald City (NBC), and Allegiance (NBC) and over a hundred feature films. Working on the show "Alphas" earned him a nomination for best sound editing by the Motion Picture Sound Editors Guild. When not in the studio Craig enjoys hiking, playing guitar with his wife and relaxing with a cup of coffee.
